All prices include VAT at 20 %.
You can pay for your Lulu Australia and Tantrums Bags with your debit or credit card (Visa / Mastercard/ Electron).
All Postage and Packing is free. This applies UK addresses, excluding Jersey, Guernsey, BFO,and the Isle of Man.
However if you live abroad and would like to order - no problem - please just email us and we will quote you on the P&P.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within two working days, however please allow up to ten working days for delivery.

If your order has not been dispatched, we'll cancel it and give you a refund straight away. Once orders have been dispatched, you'll need to follow the directions for 'Returns' below.

Returns

We only accept returns for damaged/defective items or if we've made a mistake. In these cases please email us at  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to let us know as soon as you can, and within ten days of receiving your order. Once you've returned the item to us (address below), we'll either send you a replacement and refund your return costs, or refund the cost of the item together with original delivery and return costs, within fourteen days.
